CHINA'S AWAKENING.
LAWYERS TOURING THE WORLD. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright. London, September 13. Five Chinese lawyers, who, at the command of the Emperor, are touring the world, have arrived in London. They are greatly impressed by Scotland Yard, the Old Bailey, and the Law Court buildings. They state it is the intention of the Chinese to institute reforms.
