In order to give the movement a beginning a meeting will be held: at the Trades and Labor Council on the 14th inst. to prepare a plan of campaign. If conditions are favorable, the movement, will be extended to country districts. Auckland, Christchurch, Gisborne and Masterton are so far co-operating in the campaign.
