THE LABOR MARKET
ALL ROUND IMPROVEMENT. By Telegranh. —Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. An all round improvement is reported in the labor market, very few trades being slack. The most quiet occupation is that of painting, a few hands being idle, but the conditions are infinitely better than they were this time last year. There is abundance of work for carpenters, and it is difficulty to supply the demand in the country districts.
