ASSAULT OX LITTLE tiIRL. ALLEGED PERJURY. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Auckland, Last Night. At the Supreme Court to-day, John Cecil Pascoe, a young man, was charged with assault on a little girl at Tauranga. The jury returned a verdict of guilty, and prisoner was remanded for sentence. Herbert Subritsky, master of a coastal vessel, pleaded not guilty to a charge of perjury. The case had not concluded when the Court rose;
