Cugnet is a daring airman, and proposes giving exhibitions of monoplaning, including a flight over Melbourne. IN TIME OF WAR. Received September 1, 10.30 p.m. Paris, September 1-. The French Aeronautic Commission suggests that in war time ocean-going liners and auxiliary cruisers should carry aeroplanes, which would prove valuable in reconnaisance.
