A BANKRUPT'S FLIT
ARRESTED AT HOBART. I Telegraph.—Press Association. . Wellington, Last Night. Cabled information was received in Wellington this afternoon that Alfred Frank Biggins, who was recently in business in Wellington as a grocer, has been arrested at Hobart for an alleged 'breach of the New Zealand Bankruptcy Act. Constable Sims will leave Wellington for Hobart by the Ulimauoa' to bring Higgins back to New Zealand.
