BOWLING CLUB ANNUAL MEETING. I (From Our uwn Correspondent.) I The annual meeting of the Inglewood Bowling Club was held in Messrs. Perci- | val and Messenger's officer, on 'Monday, i There was a large attendance, over which Mr. W. E. Percival presided. The annual report and balance-sheet were read and adopted. The balance-sheet showed a credit balance of £ls IDs 2d, the excess of assets over liabilities being £93 l'2s 3d. During the year 21 matches were played; ten were won, ten lost, and | one drawn. Several club competitions rfor trophies were played. During the year private lockers had been installed, for which the thanks of the Club were | due to Messrs. J.'Goller and 0. Sutherland. The thanks of the Club were tendered to Mr. J. Goller for the shield which he had presented to the Club. The following officers were then elected: —President, Mr. W. Percival (re-elect-ed) ; vice-president, Mr. B. H. Nicliolls (re-elcte;l); secretary and treasurer, Mr. H. Humphrey (re-elected); committee, Messrs. Sutherland, Gudgeon, O'Carroll and Doueh; 'hand icappers, Messrs. Allen and Gudgeon; sole selector, Mr. Gudgeon. Three new members were elected. Mr. G. W. Bennett presented a gold medal for the Championship Singles during the ensuing season. •The trophies won by members during the last year were presented bv the president.
