INSANITY AND BIGAMYBy Telegraph. — Press Association. Christchurch, Tuesday. In the Supreme Court a decree nisi was granted in the case Florence Hilda Whitford v. John Whitford, on thb ground of bigamy, defendant having been sentenced to a term of imprisonment. In the case Edward Washbourne v. Ellen Washbounre it was shown thai the wife was an inmate of a mental hospital, and was apparently hopelessly insane, and a decree nisi was granted.
