By Cable.—Press Association.—Copyright Received August 29, 10.10 p.m. Cetinje, August 29, I Montenegro was proclaimed a kingdom amidst great rejoicings. King Nicholas, Field-Marshal Danilo, and a Major-General ,of the Russian Army were present. Montenegro, hitherto a principality lying between Northern Albania on the south and Herzegovina on the north, under the rule of His Royal Highness Prince Nicholas, has an area of 3630 square miles, and a population of 225,000. Prince Danilo is the heir-apparrent. King Nicholas has three sons and six daughters, one of whom, Princess Helena, is married to King Victor Emmanuel of Italy.
