AiN. EFFICIENT MILITIA. By Cable. —Press Association. —Copyright t Ottawa, August 25. Sir F. Borden, Canadian Minister for Defence, speaking here, said that 96 per cent, of the militia attending training camps had earned efficiency pay for accuracy of shooting. He welcomed the Australian cadets. The cadet movement in Canada had, he said, mad-e remarkable progress owing to Lord Strathcona's gift of £60,000.
