, A HA®D KNOCK.FOR JURYMEN. By Telegraph^—Press Association. Auckland, Last Night. At the Supreme Court to-day, Daniel Wilson, a Samoan of middle age, was charged with indecent assault at Mill Creek, on a 'half-caste Maori girl under the age of sixteen years. The jury returned a verdict of riot guilty. Prisoner was accordingly discharged. After the verdict had been given, His Honor asked that the girl be brought into' Court. He then said,* addressing her: "All I,wish to say is this, if it is any satisfaction to you and your friends that, •notwithstanding the finding of two juries, I believe your statements." /
