CLAIM AGAINST BELGIAN GOVERNMENT. By Cable.—Press Association.—Copyright Received August 10, 0.40 p.m. Brussels, August 10. The Journal 'De'bruxelles reports that the Kiasai Company are suing the Government for £©oo,ooo damages, on the ground that the decree of March 22 deprives the company of exclusive rig Jits of the domain lands which the company possessed for thirty years, by convention with the Congo Free State.
