MINERS' CONFERENCE.
POWER TO MAKE AN! AGREEMENT. By Telegraph. —Press Association. Wellington, Yesterday. The Miners' Conference to-da.y passed a resolution that no union affiliated with the New Zealand Federation of Labor shall be allowed!.to enter into any agreement with or enter a case against the employers, without first consulting and laying before the executive of the said Federation a list of prices and rates, for its approval.
