The «St. Andrew's Tennis Club held their annual ball fn tlie Town Hail on Thursday evening; and was a most enjoyable function. Tliere were about 70 couples present. The hall was tastefully decorated with quantities of spring flowers and bunting; The music supplied fov .Miss -Diamond's string band left nothing to be desired. Messrs Wilson and Cameron proved' efficient M.C.'s. Special mention is due to- Miss Bruyshawe, who worked untiringly to mate this function the event of the season.
