The Koonya, which arrived from southern ports on Tuesday evening, brought 273 tons of cargo, including 1525 sacks of oats, 568 sacks of potatoes, and 200 cases of kerosene. She left for Westport and Greymouth about 1,30 p.m. yesterday, taking 40 tons of rails for the latter port. THE ROSAMOND. The Rosamond left Nelson yesterday morning for New Plymouth and is due here early this morning. She will have about 100 tons of cargo to land here, besides a number of goats. THE KAiMONA. The Kamona is expected here on Saturday from South Australia and Tasmania, via Port Chalmers and Lyttelton.
Another new shipping company is likely to be formed in New Zealand. 'lt •is understood that Captain Holm, late of the Lauderdale, is going in for a small steamer for the West Coast trade.
