The chairman of the Mine Owners' .Association of St. Petersburg states 43iere are sixty thousand cases of cholera in Russia. Two thousand died at Donetz mines, the output of which decreased 60 per ■cent. Many inhabitants are fleeing to the railways, and bodies are found alongside the line. The navigation of the Black Sea is .disorganised.
