NORTHERN BOWLING ASSOCIA- f TION. By Telegraph. —i'ress Association. Auckland. -Friday. At a meeting of Auckland clubs affiliated with the. Northern Bowling Asso-' ciation which was held last evening tol discuss the proposed new constitution, the following resolution was carried: —j "That this meeting of bowlers affiliated | with the Northern Bowling Association is opposed to the new constitution ol the i | Northern Bowling Association and is ofj opinion that if any change be made in the present constitution of the North Island Bowling Association a.scheme be formulated for the formation of a New* Zealand Bowling Association; that each of the principal cities become provincial associations affiliated with the said New Zealand Bowling Association." It was decided to forward to every affiliated club'a copy of the resolution, with a re- ] quest that it be forwarded to their delegate in Wellington., with instructions to vote according to the resolution. It was decided to request the secretary of each, club to forward a copy of the same resolutions to the secretary of the Northern Bowling Association. ' ' At the conclusion of the meeting of affiliated clubs a largely attended meeting of Auckland bowlers was held, at which the following proposal was ] carried: —"That this mass meeting of bowlers held at Auckland on August 4, 1910, is opposed to the proposed new constitution of the Northern Bowling > Association and is distinctly of the.
