AUSTRALIA'S RECENT ACTION CONDEMNED. By Cable. —Press Association.—Copyright Stockholm, August 4. The fourth Peace Conference in a single day's sitting carried a resolution condemning Austria's action in the Balkans. ' The conference discussed the Finnish., Polish, Jewish and Armenian problems. It also approved the proposal of Dr. Richter, of the SoKbonne, for fixing a day in all countries whereon every man and woman should expend a penny in an automatic machine registering a vote in favor of peace or war.
