DR. JAMESON'S VIEWS. By Cable.—Press Association.—Copyright Capetown, August 3. Dr. Jamieson, speaking at Johannesburg, appealed for the elimination of the recrudescence of racial feeding. He said he did not intend to aibandon the ideal of the best man Government, wjjprewith he believed General Botha agreed 1 , but he had failed to persuade his reactionary colleagues. Owing to want of moral pluck of the Unionist party it was necessary to help General Botha against such reactionaries as Mr. Hertaog.
