The company restores men not guilty of *violence to their positions. The standardised wages will come into operation in January, 19R This is a compromise between the men's demand for an immediate rise of wages to the level of those paid by the Canadian Pacific Company, and the company's offer of a gradual rise to reach the standard in 1913.
