BIG SCHEME LAUNCHED. Received August 1, 5.5 p.m. Calcutta, August 1. A meeting at Lahore agreed to build a medical college, to enlarge the existing hospitals, and to form a central medical institution, to the memory ol members. The sum of £40,000 sterling was collected on the spot.
