Owing to numerous injunctions, the Labor Party is in considerable financial anxiety, and have resolved on an autumn campaign to gain for Mr. Eliott public support of his recent actions in not only seeking to restrain societies from using compulsory, but voluntary levies, and the machinery of unions for political purposes.
