FATAL SKIRMISH. By Cable.—Press Association.—Copyright Received" July 31, 5.5 p.m. Algiers, July 30. A telegram from Oran states that 500 Spanish cavalry had a sharp encounter with Moors near Melilla. Thirty Spaniards, including a major, and sixty Moors were killed.
