The club competition in the north' division having been decided last week ihe final day's fixtures set down for decision on Thursday went by default, Inglewood B forfeiting to New Plymouth and Carriugtou Road forfeiting to Inglewood A. At Eltham Stratford beat the home team by one goal (scored by Wood) tu nil. Tlu l game was very closely contested .and the score was not registered until the second half. Mr. Pennington rel'ereed. The ladies' representative trial match to .have been p!;.yid at Stratford today lias been postponed until Saturday week. Wihakatika play Chetwode school at the Racecourse ground to-day.
