AX IMPORTED STALLION. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. The stallion Hymettus, 'bv Cyllene from Sweet Balsam, imported by the Hon. J. D. Ormorad, arrived from London by the Rimutaka to-day. RETURN; OF MAORI TROUPE. Auckland, Last Night. Thirteen members of the Maori troupe which performed at the New York Hippodrome for nine months returned from San Francisco to-nighb, travelling in the Mariposa to Tahiti, thence by the Talune to Auckland. The remainder of the Maoris are remaining in America for another month, having accepted a mnsicliall engagement in San Francisco. EXPOiRT OF STOCK REGULATIONS. Wellington, Yesterday. It is notified in to-night's Gazette that in the case of horses, dogs or other animals intended for export from any New Zealand port to Australia, not less than twenty-four hours' notice of the intention to ship such animals must be given at the office of the Department of Agriculture, Commerce and Tourists, at the port of shipment, a'!so that such animals must be held ready for examination by the Department's veterinarian at a convenient place not less than tour hours before the advertised' tiime of the steamer's sailing. Uniess these requirements are observed the Department will not be responsible for the examination of and the grantin'g of certificates for such animals as required' by the Australian regulations.
