ACCIDENTS AND FATALITIES
CHILD SUCCUMBS TO BURNS. By Telegraph.—Press .Association. ' Ashburton, Thursday. The six-year-old daughter of James Hampton, of Trevorton, presumably through playing with Are, yesterday afternoon got her clothes alight and was seriously burned before the flames were extinguished. Tho child was removed to the hospital, where she succumbed early this morning.
