AN EXTRAORDINARY OCCURRENCE. Bv Telegraph.—Press Association. Napier, Last Night. John Orr, for many years road overseer to the Hawke's Bay County Council, died suddenly while driving alone in a motor car in Hastings to-day. There wns no acoident, but when the car, which was noticed to be going slowly, waS| stonped by running into the kerbing, Orr was found to be dead. .He was an old and highly respected resident of Hawke's Bay.
