THE "DISARMAMENT HORN."

WHY BRITAIN IS BLOWING IT. GERMAN BOMBAST. By Cable.—Press Association.—Copyright Received July 26, 10 p.m. Berlin, July 26. The Neueste Nachrichten says the British Liberal Press is agitating for an understanding because the German high sea fleet in 1914 will consist of Dreadnoughts and Dreadnought cruisers. It mentions that Krupp's since 1908 has been studying guns of higher calibre than 12-inch. Hence .the British are "blowing the disarmament horn." The paper adds: "The British 13-inch guns do not frigjiten us. We will probably meet them with 14-inch guns, and twice as long, lived as those of the British."
