DOUBLING THE DREADNOUGHTS. By Cable—Press Association.—'Copyright Received July 24, 5.5 p.m. Berlin, July 23. The Vorwaerts (which occasionally publishes official news) announces the Navy Bill to be introduced after next election will increase the Dreadnoughts from two to four annually after 1011, and gives details of the private debate on the Budget of the period to the end of 1911, when all non-socialist parties will be pledged to support the new programme before the end of 1912.
