In the House of Commons Sir E. Grey rebuked Mr. Dillon for his criticisms and reference to the appointment of the late Boutras Pasha, a Christian, to govern the Mohammedans of Egypt. Sir E. Grey reaffirmed Britains determinaj tion to maintain the occupation of Egypt.
