A French-Canadian citizen, in a letter to the Montreal municipality, charges the Masonic Lodge with conspiring to inveigle the priests expected at the Eucharistic Congress into houses ot illrepute, on the pretence that they were respectable boarding houses, and there photographed, with a view to staining their reputations.
