SUPREME COURT.
CHRISTCHURCH SESSIONS. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Christchurch, Yesterday. In the Supreme Court Amelia Derrett applied for alimony from Robert Derrett, following on the case in which a separation was recently granted. She claimed £l5O, and was awarded £125 per annum. William Skinner applied for the annulment of a bankruptcy notice, on tha ground that certain words were omitted from it. For the defence it was submitted that printed notices used in Christchurch for years past had these words omitted, and the Court had power to amend the notice. Judgment was reserved.
