FOGWELL AND WELCH,
By Telegraph.—Press Association. Christchurch, Saturday. Fo'gwell has asked Welch to give him another race for the championship of New Zealand and £IOO or £2OO a side. The race will be rowed at Akaroa next Easter. Welsh consents, subject to a small condition regarding Fogwell's expenses.
