DEAD MAN'S ESTATE. By Cable.—Press Association.—Copyright London, July 15. On the ground of deception, Judge Benson annulled the discharge of the late Charles Clayton from bankruptcy. Clayton died in Australia in 1905, and an unconditional discharge was given in 1901. His will revealed the fact that he left £12,000, chiefly invested by methods of deception in Australia before his discharge.
