WEST AUSTRALIAN REVENUE. Perth, July 13, The revenue for the year is £3,650,765, showing a surplus of £209,939. DUTY ON PRIMARY PRODUCTS. Melbourne, July 13. A deputation representing the producing interests of the Commonwealth submitted to Mr. Tudor, Minister of Customs, their objections to the proposed export duty on hides and skins, and urged that it would cause an annual loss to growers o'f £300.000. Any export duty on primary products Vas worthy of the dark ages. Mr. Tudor .replied that practically the whole of the master tanners of the Commonwealth had asked for the tax. He promised that Cabinet would give the matter consideration. i

All the six men accused of perjury in the Ronald-Harper case pleaded guilty, and sentence was deferred.
