By Cable.—Press Association.—Copyright Sydney, July 13. The Premier gave a deputation against the fight pictures an indefinite reply. He added that if boxing in Victoria developed into brutality the Government would take action. A PREMIER'S DETERMINATION. Adelaide, July 12. The Premier told a deputation that h§ would take every legitimate means to stop fight pictures. If the Commonwealth Government could not prevent their entry he would endeavor to pass a Bill to prohibit them. TIM SULLIVAN TO BE PROSECUTED. Received Julv 14. 0.50 a.m. New York, July 13. Under the New York law applicable to New Yorkers outside tho State, the District Attorney of New York City is prosecuting State Senator Big Tim Sullivan.
