At a meeting of the Presbyiery to-uay a motion was carried approving of the general principle of the New South Wales system of teaching religion in the State schools, and expressing willingness to meet the Anglican Church in conference on the subject. A committee of nine was appointed to represent the Presbytery at the conference.
