NAVAL MANŒUVRES
LORD KITCHENER PRESENT. By Cable.—Press Association.— Copyright Received July 12, 11.20 p.m. London, July 12. Lord Kitchener has embarked on the aruiser Drake to witness the naval manoeuvres. The Drake belongs to the hostile fleet which is endeavoring to land in the north-west of Ireland. Kin" George visits Portsmouth at tne conclusion of the manoeuvres.
