ARGENTINE INTERNATIONAL EXHIBITION. Received July 8, 11.35 p.m. Buenos Ayres, July 8. The International Exhibition has opened. The British pavilion is the largest and best, including a splendid lot of natural products of Australia and New Zealand.
; BRITISH ARCTIC REGIONS. Eeceived Julv 8. 11.35 p.m. Ottawa, July 8. Captain Berniers, the Canadian Arctic explorer, has sailed from Quebec, and will spend two years exploring Hudson's Bay. He will plant the British flag on the islands within.the Arctic circle, and thus end the United States' contention that Canada has no sovereignty there.
