UNLAWFUL GAMES. Bv Telegraph —Press Association. Rotorua, Tuesday. A decision was given in the case against Albert Moore, charged with keep* ing a common 1 gaming-house and advancing money for the purpose of gamlrting. charges were dismissed, but for permitting an unlawful game to be plaved in billiard-rooms after hours Moore was fined £2 and 7s costs. Hunter, Wilson, and Boyer were convicted of plaving an illegal game in Moore's bil-liard-room and fined £1 each and cost#.
