FOUND DEAD. By Telegraph.—Press Associatf&fl. Auckland, Tuesday. Michael Barry, a single man, a painter and gumdigger, wa9 found dead in his house at Wade. He was apparently in his usual health last evening, but there are no suspicious circumstances. BADLY INJURED. Auckland, Tuesday. During excavation operations on a property of P. Gleeson, Cleveland road, Parncl]James Dalrvmple', a married man, was buried in a fall of earth. He was released after two hours' work, when it was discovered that the shovel with which he had been working had been driven against his right thigh, fracturing it bailie. It was also evident that he was suffering from internal injuries. He was removed to the hospital, and an examination showed that there was little hope of his recovery.
