THE "BLACK HAND" GANG.

A Black Hand gang telephoned Dr. Scimera, an Italian physician of this city, that they had murdered his kidnapped son because the ransom of £I6OO had not been paid. The gang also threatened the capture and murder of his other child. The police would not allow the doctor to pay the ransom.
