A BOARD IXGHOUSE DESTROYED. By Telegraph—Press Association. Dunedin, Thursday. The British Temperance Boardinghouse, Cumberland street, has been gutted 'bv fire. The -inmates of thfe top portion escaped with difficulty, one woman having to be carried down a ladder. The building, which is an old hotel, own,ed by Dr. Miller, of Roslyn, was insured for £SOO in the Norwich Union, and the contents for £IOO in the Phoenix.!
