Berlin, June 29. • Baron von- Schoen, who has resigned the position of Minister for Foreign Affairs has 'been -appointed Ambassador in Paris. Prince von Radolin, the present Minister in Paris, will retire into private life. Herr Lentze, Chief Burgomaster of Magdeburg, will succeed Baron von Rlieinbaben as Prussian Minister of Finance, and Baron von Kiderlen Waechter, German Minister a i Bucharest, will succeed Baron von iSchoen.
