ACCUSED OF ACTING 1 AS SPY. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright St. Petersburg, June 29. Baron Ungernstenburg, the Austrian newspaper correspondent who was arrested this week, is accused of cotnmunicating to Austria a report of a secret sitting, of the Duma relating to redistribution of the army. His notebook contained entries of small sums received from various members of the Austro-Hun-garian Embassy, where he was employee! as translator.
