Stratford, Last Night Mr. Watts, who is leaving the district, was "farewelled" at the Tuna school last night, when advantage wag taken of the opportunity to present him with a set of carvers. Influenza is still very prevalent here. In fact, doctors say they have not known so much sickness to be about for a long time. 'At the half-yearly meeting of the local Foresters' Lodge last night the following officers were installed by D&R. Bro. J. G. Russell, of Waitara:— C.R., Bro. E. H. Kivell; S.C.R., Bro. T. X. Pay ten; Treasurer, Bro. J. W. Simmons; S.W., Bro. F. W. Davies; J.W., Bro. F. H. WiUrie; 5.8., Bro. W. Sullivan; J. 8., Bro. G. Burgess, P.D.C.R. Bro. B. V. Kivell was elected as delegate to attend the next district meeting at Inglewood.
