Messrs Bowron Bros., of Christchurch, have disposed of their Woolston tannery business, and the whole of their leather and grindery business throughout the Dominion. The purchaser is a powerful company formed in New Zealand and New South Wales. The price paid runs into six figures, and t'lie whole of the capital of the new company has been underwritten.
