SUPREME COURT.
WESTPOHT SESSIONS. By Telegraph—Press Association. • Westport, Last Night. At the Supreme Court to-dav, no bill was returned in Rex v. Dell, charged with indecent assault, and Rex. v. Brosnahan, chemist, on t'wo charges of theft of partnership moneys. True bills were returned in Rex v. Win. Harris, who was found guilty of stealing a coat containing half a set. of false teeth in a pocket, and sentence was deferred to the morning. True bills were also returned in six charges of theft against Brosnahan, one of which, a charge of theft of a file of prescriptions, was heard, and a verdict of not guilty returned. The other charges will be heard in the moraing. WELLINGTON SESSIONS. Wellington, Yesterday. Ait the Supreme Court to-day a Maori youth named Munga Nainonga, was sentenced by the Chief Justice to nine months' imprisonment for cattle stealing at H*wei*. , ..
