A team from the Napier Golf Olub met a; Wanganui team at Bel'mont links | to-day. The course was in capital order, tlie greens being specially so. The local club won by six games to two. Results: G. Saunders beat G. Tliorburn; I. Saunders beat G. Kelly; C. Gordon beat D. Meldrutn; A. H. Lewis beat T'. Cross; H. M. Butterworth beat G. Plvarazyi; Dr. Earle beat H. B. Troutbeck; A. Hawartli beat Dr. Bornau; Major" GJordoi ■beat H. 'D. Bates.
