N.S.W. PARLIAMENT. A MEMBER EJECTED.

A lively scene was caused by Mr. Henley making an allegation of blackmail against a union secretary, declaring that- a system of union tyranny existed. Mr. Meehn, refusing to obey the chairman, was removed from the House. THE FEDERAL MINISTRY. THEIR PROGRAMME FOR THE SESSION.
Melbourne, June 24.
The Labor caucus has continued to hold lengthy sittings to consider the programme. It is understood that it has been decided to repeat the Naval Loan Act passed last session, authorising the raising of £9,500,000 to pay for the new fleet, also to reduce the qualifying ages for old age pensions for men to sixty, and for women to fifty-five. The caucus approved the Commonwealth note issue. The lowest note is fixed-at a pound.
